The protection of copyright, the fight against online counterfeiting, and the protection of know-how and trade secrets, such as AI, are crucial issues. By joining our team, you will have the opportunity to work on projects related to the local traditional economy as well as cutting-edge technology, while developing your skills in a stimulating and collaborative environment. More specifically, you will join the Economic Law team and its IP/IT division, dedicated to supporting our clients in their strategies for protecting, exploiting and defending their intellectual property rights in France and internationally. Under the supervision of Nadège Riederer-Lemarchand and Bastien Masson, you will actively participate in various exciting cases. Position based in Rouen or Le Havre. - Legal support and contracts: legal advice on the exploitation of industrial property rights, risk analysis (legal consultations on marketing projects and product names), drafting and negotiation of contracts (coexistence agreements, licensing or assignment of rights agreements, consortium and valorization agreements, technology transfers and R&D, influencer marketing contract). - Defense strategy and litigation management: pre-litigation, litigation and oppositions in trademark matters in France and before the EUIPO, anti-counterfeiting in the field and on the Internet. - Training and monitoring: legal monitoring and monitoring of legislative and regulatory developments in intellectual property law, hosting webinars and training in IP law. You hold a CAPA and an LLM or master 2 in intellectual property law and ideally have 2 years of experience in intellectual property acquired within a law firm. You have an excellent knowledge of IP law laws and regulations and are recognized for your analytical mind, your rigor and your organizational skills. You are comfortable writing and speaking in both French and English. You are proficient in IT tools, legal databases and AI tools.
